Since September the 1st 1945 school was situated in pre-war, five stores block of rented flats at 5 Szpitalna Street. " In four rooms there were two classes, headmaster’s office, secretariat, teacher’s room, student club and headmaster’s flat ", there were no books, scientific tools or basic equipment. But then these inconveniences appeared to be of little significant. In the year 1946/47 the number of students exceeded 1500, so since 1947 the branches of the school at Górnośląska, Klonowa, Stawki, Pankiewicza and Plac Trzech Krzyży began to be set up. In years 1947 / 48 the radio services at school was installed.

A year later a number of people passing A – level exams reached 173, and only three of them did not pass ( it is a pity, that at present the number of failure is much greater). In the school - year 1954 / 55 the following clubs of different interests were run: - Socialist Youth - Friends of Soviet Union - School Committee of Warsaw restoration - School - Committee of National Unities As you can see, the school has actively participated in the life of citizens. Next essential date in history of Economic Secondary School is the 26th of June 1964, when the “election act” of the new school at Chłodna street was founded, and in September the new school – year began at school, in school built as the Monument Of Millennium Of Polish State. This school had to serve to children in improving their knowledge: "It will teach them love to our beautiful Motherlands, justly and wisely ruled by people of cities and villages." In 1965 / 66 the I Congress of Graduates of school took place How the chronicle informs in the days 8 - 16 of October 1968 students went to Germany invited by friends from the trade school from Leipzig, (then this was the first students’ exchange, wasn’t it?).

In November 1988 the Pedagogical Committee confirmed Mrs. Barbara Antczak as the Headmaster of the school.

School can be proud because of the co-operation with many agencies, national and foreign. Since 1989 the co-operation with Delta College in Midelburg has lasted And since 1997 with Finland Since 1991 our school has been participating in teacher's seminars sponsored by: European Union, Embassy of Dutch Kingdom, Batory Foundation, Leopold Kronenberg Bank Foundation

Since 1 st September 2002 our schools have changed their joint name from Economic Schools Complex No7 to SCHOOLS COMPLEX NO7
